Oreganata is a delicious addition to many dishes, but making an oreganata with Hoboken Heat is a next level move. Ingredients:
1 Dozen Little Neck Clams
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of Italian Style Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup of Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
1 Lemon (Juiced and Zested)
2 Tbsp of Hoboken Heat
1 Tbsp of Fresh Parsley
Steps:
Melt butter over low heat on stove and mix in the breadcrumbs, cheese, Hoboken Heat, parsley, lemon juice (half a lemon), and lemon zest, creating an oreganata mixture
Shuck clams (Don't be afraid to look up a video for safe techniques)
Generously cover/stuff the clam with the oreganata mixture
Grill clams on top rack until top browns and bubbles
Serve the clams with fresh lemon slices and Hoboken Heat
