Hoboken Heat Cocktail Sauce with Steamed Clams and Old Bay Toast

A Hoboken Heat based cocktail sauce pairs well with any seafood. Steamed clams are the perfect partner for this delicious homemade sauce. We are even going to teach you how to make the best garlic bread for seafood. 

Ingredients:

1 Dozen Clams   

1 Cup Hoboken Heat

1.5 Tsp of Hot Horseradish 

1 Lemon (Juiced and Zested)

French Baguette 

1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter

1/2 Tsp of Old Bay 

1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder 

Steps:

Mix Hoboken Heat with horseradish, lemon Juice, and lemon zest to create a cocktail sauce 

Melt butter over low heat on stove and mix with Old Bay and garlic powder

Slice bread into 4 quarter inch slices and brush melted butter mixture on both sides

Put Clams in a pan/try with enough water to cover the bottom, and steam on grill until the clams open

Cook the slices of bread on top rack of grill until crunchy

Serve the clams with a side of cocktail sauce and toast
