Ingredients:
2 Pieces of Salmon
1/2 Cup Hoboken Heat
1/4 Cup of Honey
Asparagus
Salt and Pepper
Canola Oil
Olive Oil
Scallion
Steps:
Mix Hoboken Heat with honey to create a glaze
Blanch Asparagus
Rub the salmon with canola oil and black pepper than sear top side of Salmon in a preheated cast iron pan
Coat the asparagus with olive oil, pepper, and grill on direct heat until hot and has grill marks
Glaze salmon and place on top rack of grill until cooked to your liking
Drizzle with extra glaze and serve hot with your preferred starch
